The social responsibility campaign “Are You a Bystander? Take ARTtitude!” second edition has as initiator The A.R.T. Fusion Association and its’ partners: National Council for Fighting Against Discrimination, New Horizons Foundation, Creativ Association, being sustained by The European Commission through The “Youth in Action” Program and The Agency of the National Cultural Fund.

The campaign will take place between March 2008 - October 2008 in Timisoara, Iasi, Constanta, Slobozia, Hunedoara si Bucuresti.  The moment of the maximum focus of the all the resources and of the entire campaign will be the Festival with the same name, being also at it’s second edition, between 22-25 May 2008.

This campaign has as purpose to activate, using the methods of the participative art (street animation, music, social theatre, photography, video) the young people’s conscience regarding taking a positive attitude in front of indiference and discrimination of vulnerable groups to these two phenomena (on criteria such as: ethnicity, gender, age, disabilities, and HIV/SIDA).
